Friday... Me and my colleagues had just finalized our dinner plan... it was my turn to treat them with our favourite "triple fried schezwan rice" @ FORUM. Then came a mail stating "serial blasts in the city” Bangalore was stunned to silence... though it was a LOW intensity blast... meant not to do any material damage (as if loss of three innocent lives can't be considered material loss) but to send a strong message to the government... what message... they only know...
Blasts did have effect...
People got scared and worried... police, for once, got back to their business... reporters didn't have to slog to get a new story... few invisible, non-existent politicians got a chance to speak (though a well reviewed and rehearsed speech)... traffic jams... network blocked... few innocent lives who faced the burnt for no good reason... allegations of being “non-cooperative” between center and state...
God knows best who were behind this heinous act... As this blast had a pattern similar to Mumbai blast and many people have every reason to believe who could possibly be behind these... i would urge people to stick together and to think of caste or religion as the people who are behind these blasts surely don't belong to any religion, caste or group... they have only caste or religion and that's surely not what we people follow.
why is it so hard to accept that people are meant to be loved...
